The CP6203-0001-0030 is a panel-mounted industrial PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. By combining an integrated computer, touchscreen, and industrial display in one enclosure, the unit serves as a human-machine interface for supervisory control, recipe handling, and local diagnostics on production equipment. This arrangement allows machine data and operator input to be handled at a single mounting location without a separate box PC.
The unit has a 19-inch display and presents process graphics at a native 1280 x 1024 resolution, giving operators a clear view of status elements and alarms. A resistive touch layer allows direct input without a separate keypad, which keeps the front interface simple and easy to use. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports provided through 2 x RJ45 connectors support real-time fieldbus traffic or standard TCP/IP networking. Power is supplied from a single 24 VDC source, so the panel can share the same low-voltage rail that feeds sensors and actuators inside a control cabinet. Four high-speed interfaces, listed as 4 x USB 2.0, accommodate service keys, external storage, or barcode scanners during setup and maintenance.
The aluminum front carries a sealed rating of IP65, protecting the touchscreen against dust and wash-down jets, while the rear section is rated IP20 for cabinet-interior mounting. A threaded M4 ground point ties the housing to the system earth to control leakage currents. The panel occupies 455 x 390 x 66.8 mm overall and fits a 441 x 376 mm panel cutout. Legacy peripherals attach through a 9-pin SUB-D connector that routes the onboard 1 x RS232 (COM1) port, and external visualization hardware can be driven through the dedicated 1 x DVI output. Removable CompactFlash media provides a solid-state boot or data logging slot, and the absence of a built-in keypad removes moving parts from the front panel.
