The CP6202-1047-0050 is a Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and placed in the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines an industrial TFT display, computing electronics, and field communication inside a bezel that mounts flush to a control cabinet, creating a compact human-machine interface for production lines, packaging equipment, and material-handling cells. By hosting visualization software and Beckhoff TwinCAT runtime on the same platform, the unit allows direct machine control through its touch surface while exchanging data with drives, I/O terminals, and higher-level networks. The integrated design also reduces the need for separate display and PC hardware elsewhere in the cabinet.
The front panel integrates a 15 in active-matrix screen that renders graphics at 1024 x 768 pixels, giving operators enough resolution for detailed trend views and alarm pages. Two RJ45 connectors provide Gigabit communication that conforms to 10/100/1000BASE-T, so the PC can act as an EtherCAT master while still linking to a plant LAN. Four downstream ports rated at 4 x USB 2.0 accommodate barcode readers, backup media, or input devices, and a single RS232 port supports legacy equipment. The aluminum housing measures 380 x 315 x 59 mm overall and survives package-handling impacts tested at 5 G, 30 ms. A digital video connector specified as 1 x DVI mirrors the internal graphics adapter so a secondary monitor can be added for service access or expanded screen layouts.
