Product Description:
The CP6202-1025-0010 is a panel-mounted industrial PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as a combined display and control station, it serves as a human-machine interface that runs automation software directly at the machine base while eliminating the need for a separate computer enclosure. The unit integrates a touchscreen display, processing electronics, and field communication lines so operators can supervise processes, modify parameters, and visualize system status directly on the production floor.
Its 15-inch screen has a native resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels in the classic 4:3 aspect ratio, giving sufficient pixel density for detailed mimics and alarm pages. The diagonal of 15 in is protected on the front by an aluminum bezel rated to IP65, allowing washdown cleaning when the system is mounted from the front. Internal electronics, including the processor and integrated DVI-I output, are powered from a single 24 VDC supply, simplifying cabinet wiring and enabling operation from standard control-voltage rails. There are four USB connectors on the rear for local peripherals, and the display output can be mirrored through the DVI-I port to an external monitor. The front panel is flat and shipped without keys to help prevent dirt ingress.
For additional communication, the motherboard provides a legacy serial interface that follows the RS232 standard, a Fast Ethernet port rated to 10/100BASE-T, and a second Ethernet controller that supports 100/1000BASE-T. All four rear USB sockets use USB 2.0, ensuring compatibility with barcode scanners, flash drives, or service keyboards. When recessed into a control door, the housing projects only 59 mm, while its faceplate measures 380 mm high by 315 mm wide, so it fits mid-size console cutouts without occupying excessive depth inside the cabinet. The rear section is classified to IP20 because it resides in the protected electrical enclosure.
