The CP6202-0021-0000 is a panel-mounted industrial PC produced by Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines display, computing, and touch input so that machine operators can issue commands and monitor processes from a single front surface. Mounted through a control-cabinet cutout, the unit serves as a human-machine interface and as a host for real-time control software, allowing direct communication with fieldbus networks and higher-level supervisory systems in automated production lines.
The 15-inch TFT monitor renders graphics at 1024 x 768 pixels, giving sufficient resolution for detailed SCADA screens and alarm dialogs. A diagonal size of 15 in keeps icons legible while still fitting standard cabinet doors. Internal electronics draw power from a single 24 VDC supply, simplifying wiring in low-voltage control panels. The aluminum front is sealed to IP65, blocking dust and low-pressure water jets so the touchscreen remains usable on washdown equipment. Reliable operation is specified from 0 to 55 °C, which covers most factory environments without additional climate conditioning.
The housing projects only 59 mm behind the panel surface, leaving room for airflow and neighboring devices inside shallow enclosures. Four rear ports provide 4 x USB 2.0 connectivity for data logging, barcode scanners, or removable storage devices, while a dedicated serial interface offers 1 x RS232 for legacy drives or weight scales. For external visualization, the integrated graphics controller feeds monitors or projectors through 1 x DVI-I. This dual-format connector supports both digital and analog displays without adapters. The rear section has IP20 protection, so cabinet mounting is required, but once installed the front touch panel remains the only exposed face, which helps simplify cleaning and daily operation.
