The CP6202-0011-0000 is a Beckhoff Panel PC supplied under the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as an integrated human-machine interface and supervisory controller, the unit combines processing electronics, a touchscreen, and fieldbus connectivity inside a single front panel. It mounts directly in machine enclosures so operators can monitor status, adjust parameters, and forward production data to higher-level networks without using a separate industrial computer.
On the operator side, the unit presents a 15-inch TFT screen that renders graphics at 1024 × 768 pixels, providing clear SCADA views and alarm dialogs. Its anodized aluminum front bezel measures 390.1 × 315.8 mm and is machined with a 4 mm corner radius to sit flush against a control cabinet door; the corresponding panel cutout is 380 × 315 mm. A slim 40 mm installation depth keeps protrusion inside the cabinet minimal. A 3.5-inch motherboard supports the CPU and leaves a single 2.5-inch drive bay for solid-state storage. For peripherals, the PC offers four USB ports, two Ethernet ports, and one RS-232 interface, enabling the connection of scanners, switches, or legacy serial devices. The sealed front face carries an IP65 rating, blocking dust and low-pressure water jets during washdown procedures.
The system draws its operating current from a 24 V DC supply, matching the low-voltage distribution used in most control cabinets. Electronics behind the bezel reside in a rear section rated at IP20, making it suitable for ventilated enclosures that provide their own airflow. When additional visualization is required, graphics can be duplicated through the integrated single DVI output without occupying the network interfaces reserved for control data. The separate display connection allows an external monitor to show interface graphics while the Ethernet ports continue carrying control and production information.
