This unit combines visualization and control tasks inside one enclosure, allowing it to serve as the central HMI and soft-PLC platform in industrial automation lines where space and front-panel protection are critical.
Driving the software stack is an Intel Celeron G3900TE that runs at 2.3 GHz on two cores. The processor is paired with 4 GB DDR4 RAM for deterministic multitasking, and a 2.5-inch HDD or SSD bay stores the operating system and user data; a single CFast slot provides removable media for backup or imaging. Graphics are rendered on the built-in TFT at a native resolution of 1024 × 768 on a 15 in diagonal display, and the single-finger touch layer provides point selection without external keys. A stabilized input of 24 V DC supplies the logic and display electronics, eliminating the need for an internal AC converter and lowering heat dissipation inside the cabinet.
The aluminum front bezel carries an ingress protection rating of IP65, whereas the rear housing is rated IP20, so the panel tolerates washdown at the screen side while remaining suited for cabinet interiors.
