Product Description:
The CP6202-0001-0040 panel PC is produced by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. Mounted directly into a machine frame or cabinet door, the unit combines an industrial computer with an integrated display and touch interface so it can run control software while acting as the local HMI in automated lines and processing cells. This arrangement allows one device to handle operator interaction and on-machine visualization without requiring a separate display and PC assembly.
The display measures 15 in, giving operators a screen area large enough for multi-window visualization without adding excess panel width. Its native resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels supports standard SCADA graphics while keeping graphical load modest for the internal CPU. A sealed aluminum bezel rated at IP65 from the front blocks dust and low-pressure water jets, allowing washdown of the viewing surface. Electrically, the logic section accepts a direct-current feed in the 22–30 VDC range, permitting connection to common control power supplies with tolerance for line variation. At full processor and backlight load, the unit draws up to 70 W, which is useful when planning cabinet power and heat dissipation.
Network integration is handled by 2 x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports that can separate real-time fieldbus traffic from plant IT data, while a DVI connector allows the HMI to be mirrored on an external monitor. Peripheral devices such as barcode readers or service keys connect through 4 x USB 2.0 sockets, and a single RS-232 interface remains available for legacy equipment. Continuous service is permitted within an ambient span of 0 to 55 °C, which suits fanless operation in enclosed industrial panels. The rear housing carries a basic IP20 ingress rating because this side is enclosed inside the cabinet, and the installation uses a 303 × 368 mm cutout with a 315 × 380 × 59 mm housing envelope.
