The CP6202-0001-0020 is a panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for flush mounting in machine fronts, it merges a touch display, computing hardware, and field connectivity into one assembly so that visualization, data logging, and supervisory control run directly at the process. By hosting Windows-based or TwinCAT runtime environments, the unit removes the need for separate operator panels and PLC racks in compact automated lines.
The operator side is equipped with a 15 in TFT that renders graphics at 1024 × 768 pixels, and the projected-capacitive touch layer replaces physical buttons, so the front has no dedicated keys. A die-cast aluminum bezel seals against the cabinet opening, and its front surface carries an ingress rating of IP65, so dust and water jets cannot reach the electronics when the panel is installed. Overall housing dimensions are 380 mm wide, 315 mm high, and 59 mm deep, while the required cutout measures 368 mm by 303 mm to compress the gasket correctly. Two Ethernet controllers provide 2 LAN ports for machine networks or uplinks, and the motherboard accepts a stabilized 24 V DC supply that is common on control-cabinet power rails.
Behind the sealed bezel, the electronics project only 40 mm into the cabinet, so the unit fits shallow enclosures or swing arms without colliding with door equipment. All rear components are protected to IP20, which is suitable for mounting inside a closed control box. System expansion and diagnostics are supported by a dedicated RS-232 interface designated COM1, while an independent graphics controller supplies a digital monitor through DVI Out. These connections allow external display use and serial communication without affecting the primary operator interface.
