The CP6202-0001-0000 is a panel-mounted industrial PC from Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. As a fanless operator terminal and controller, it integrates processing hardware, display, and communication ports to run HMI software and interface with PLC or fieldbus networks on the factory floor. Mounted in a machine door or cabinet front, it provides visualization, data logging, and supervisory control functions for automated equipment. The integrated format reduces the need for separate display and PC hardware inside the enclosure.
Its front panel houses a 15-inch TFT display driven at 1024 × 768 pixels, and the single-touch resistive screen allows basic operator inputs without a mechanical keypad. Network connectivity is provided by dual Ethernet controllers that support 10/100BASE-T and 100/1000BASE-T speeds for integration with standard IT and real-time control networks. The unit provides 4 × USB 2.0 ports for scanners, backup media, or dongles, while a dedicated RS-232 interface supports legacy devices. It is used in conveyor stations, packaging machines, and compact process skids.
