The CP6202-0000-0010 is a panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff and supplied within the CP Panel PC Systems series. This unit combines an industrial display, computing hardware, and field-bus connectivity so it can operate as a local HMI and control node inside automated machinery or process lines. By integrating visualization, data logging, and real-time Ethernet interfaces in one enclosure, it reduces cabinet space and simplifies wiring in distributed automation architectures.
The front panel presents a touchscreen that measures 15-inch diagonally and renders graphics at a native resolution of 1024 x 768, allowing detailed status screens without scaling artifacts. Video can also be mirrored to external monitors through a single 1 x DVI-I port. Four front-accessible 4 x USB 2.0 receptacles handle service peripherals such as barcode readers or flash drives, while a rear 1 x RS232 serial port supports legacy instrumentation. The motherboard used in this model is the CBxx51, giving designers a compact embedded platform with expandable storage and standard PCIe controllers. Networked control is enabled on the first Ethernet interface at 10/100BASE-T, and the device receives operating power from a regulated 24 V DC supply. Physical installation clearances are set by a width of 380 mm, a height of 315 mm, and a depth of 59 mm. An M4 ground stud is provided to bond the housing to the machine safety earth.
The aluminum front is sealed to IP65, keeping dust and low-pressure water jets away from the display, whereas the rear section carries a separate IP20 rating for use inside protected cabinets. The second Ethernet adapter communicates at 100/1000BASE-T, allowing high-bandwidth diagnostics or camera streams without loading the control network on LAN1. During transport or operation the enclosure withstands mechanical shocks up to 5 G, 30 ms, meeting typical plant-floor vibration and handling requirements. Rear heat-sink fins maintain acceptable component temperatures so no additional cooling openings are needed.
