The CP6201-0001-0035 is a panel-mounted industrial computer produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as a combined operator display and embedded controller, the unit integrates directly into control cabinets and machine fronts to provide visualization, parameter entry, and real-time processing for PLC tasks. By combining a compact touchscreen, an industrial CPU, and standard I/O interfaces in one housing, it removes the need for separate display and controller assemblies in many machine layouts.
Its front surface has a 12-inch active area built on TFT technology, and the display provides a native resolution of 800 × 600 for clear presentation of machine data. The screen uses a single-finger resistive touchscreen, so commands can be entered while wearing thin gloves. Processing is handled by an onboard Intel Celeron ULV 722 (1.2 GHz) processor, which supports control and visualization tasks without external cooling. The system operates from a 24 VDC supply that is commonly available inside industrial control panels, and the voltage is connected through pluggable spring terminals. The operating system and application data are stored on a removable CFast flash card, while a single RS-232 interface and a DVI port support serial devices and external video output.
The unit has 2 × 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet controllers, allowing separate connections to machine networks and higher-level plant networks. It also has 4 × USB 2.0 ports for peripherals such as keyboards, storage devices, or data collection tools. The aluminum housing measures 330 × 275 × 58 mm, and it is intended for installation in a panel cutout sized to fit the enclosure correctly.
