Product Description:
The CP6201-0001-0020 is a panel-mounted industrial PC produced by Beckhoff in the CP Panel PC Systems series. By integrating processing electronics, a TFT display, and a single-finger touch interface in one housing, the unit provides a compact human-machine interface and local controller for automation equipment, supervisory stations, and energy management panels. This format reduces the need for separate display and computer hardware on smaller machines.
An Intel Atom processor family forms the computing core, giving sufficient performance for visualization tasks while keeping heat output low. The enclosure measures 330 x 275 x 58 mm, so it fits into tight control cabinet doors and aligns with the required panel cutout of 316 x 261 mm. The display diagonal is 12 in, making screen elements readable from typical operator distances, and its single-finger touch screen enables direct menu navigation. Power draw is limited to 59 W, which simplifies power planning, and the electronics run from a nominal 24 VDC supply that is often already present in control cabinets. The aluminum front and sheet-steel rear housing dissipate heat and shield internal circuitry from electromagnetic noise.
The front complies with IP65, so dust and water jets cannot enter the display area, whereas the rear carries an IP20 rating suitable for protected cabinet interiors. Graphic output to remote monitors is possible through a DVI-I port, and the 10/100BASE-T interface supports legacy network segments in parallel with the gigabit-capable 1 x 100/1000BASE-T port for higher bandwidth connections. Four USB sockets rated at 4 x USB 2.0 accommodate barcode scanners, memory sticks, or service keyboards. The native screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels matches many SCADA templates, and the cutout dimension supports flush mounting without additional bezels.
