Product Description:
The CP6030-0060 is an industrial panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed for machine-mounted human-machine interfaces and embedded control, it combines processing, storage, and field communication in a slim form factor. The aluminum-zinc die-cast housing attaches to equipment through a mounting sheet on the rear wall, and its fanless electronics receive airflow only from the installation space, so a 5 cm (2″) clearance behind the unit is required for convection and cable routing.
It operates from a 24 V DC supply wired directly to the control cabinet bus. Processing is handled by an Intel Celeron G3900 at 2.8 GHz across two cores; this provides sufficient headroom for PLC logic and HMI graphics. The system carries 4 GB DDR4 RAM for the operating system and user tasks. Program data resides on a 40 GB M.2 SSD, which offers shock-resistant, maintenance-free storage. Network traffic moves through 4 x 100/1000BASE-T ports, allowing isolated links for control, enterprise LAN, and service laptops without extra switches. Two unused M.2 slots accept future NVMe or wireless cards.
Mechanical dimensions are 132 mm wide, 133 mm high, and 76 mm deep, enabling integration into shallow operator stations. Four USB 3.0 ports on the front edge permit direct attachment of service tools, barcode readers, or flash drives while sustaining 5 Gbps throughput. The enclosure carries an IP20 protection rating, so it is intended for placement inside a cabinet that shields it from dust and liquids. Reliable service is maintained across an ambient range of 0 to 55 °C, aligning with most factory environments without additional heating or cooling. Two DisplayPort outputs allow the PC to drive dual external monitors for extended visualization desktops, and unobstructed cabinet airflow sustains thermal stability.
