The CP6021-0000-0010 is a panel PC supplied by Beckhoff as part of the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines an integrated display, processing hardware, and a CP-Link interface so that machine control, visualization, and data exchange reside in one front-mounted unit. Used on production lines and in process stations, the product provides a sealed operator interface while drawing power and signals through CP-Link, which helps reduce cabinet depth and field wiring.

The front carries a 12 in display built with TFT technology, delivering color graphics for HMI tasks. For flush mounting, the required opening measures 322 mm high by 400 mm wide, and the chassis projects only 32 mm into the enclosure. Overall dimensions are 336 mm in height and 414 mm in width, allowing placement in standard control panels. The housing is aluminum, which helps limit weight and conduct heat away from internal components. CP-Link A assigns pin 1 to RXD and pin 2 to ground, while CP-Link B routes TXD plus power on pin 1 and ground on pin 2, allowing the same cable to deliver both communication and 24 V DC supply. Maximum cable length between this panel and the host IPC reaches 100 m, so the display can be located remotely from centralized controllers.

The front face has IP65 protection, while rear surfaces have IP20 protection for installation inside a cabinet. The panel withstands shocks of 5 G, 30 ms without data loss, and it tolerates ambient humidity up to 95% RH in non-condensing production areas. Power is delivered exclusively through the CP-Link path, which removes the need for a separate supply connection at the panel.
