Product Description:
The CP6020-0000-0000 is an industrial Panel PC designed by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Serving as a machine-mounted operator station, the unit integrates computing power and touch visualization so controllers, drives, and field devices can be supervised from the production floor. Its housing is intended for front installation in control cabinets or mounting arms, allowing centralized display and decentralized processing through a dedicated link.
The front carries a 10 in TFT display that presents process data with adequate pixel density for alarms, trends, and diagnostic screens. Two video channels leave the housing through 2 x BNC connectors so the image can be mirrored to remote monitors. The screen and aluminum bezel meet the IP65 rating on the operator side, permitting washdowns and particulate exposure. Communication with the host computer takes place over the proprietary CP-Link interface, which transmits video, USB, and power through a single hybrid cable. Cabinet machining is minimized because the panel seats in a 400 mm by 322 mm cutout that aligns with its 414 mm by 336 mm external frame.
Installation depth is limited to 32 mm, leaving space for airflow and wiring behind shallow doors. The hybrid cable can span up to 100 m, so the PC can reside in a clean, temperature-controlled rack while the panel remains close to the process. Operation continues in environments with relative humidity up to 95% RH. Rear electronics are protected to IP20, and the assembly withstands mechanical shocks of 5 G for 30 ms and vibration levels of 0.5 G between 58 and 500 Hz with a peak displacement of 0.035 mm from 10 to 58 Hz, supporting reliable use on moving gantries or press lines.
