The front of the CP6009 features a 6.5 in TFT display that provides clear status feedback while fitting into restricted mounting spaces. An aluminum bezel with IP65 protection keeps dust and low-pressure water jets away from the touch surface, while the rear section is rated IP20, making it suitable for sheltered cabinet interiors. Mechanical depth is limited to 42 mm, so the panel projects only slightly beyond the door surface, and the face measures 272.3 mm across and 181 mm high, which helps simplify retrofits. Internal mounting requires a rectangular opening, and the cutout width of 258.3 mm aligns with the integrated clamping elements without requiring additional brackets.
All data and power are conveyed through the CP-Link interface, and cable runs can extend up to 100 m, allowing flexible placement within the machine layout. The same connection supplies 24 V DC, so a separate power feed is not required at the display location. Reliable operation is permitted between 0 °C and 55 °C, with storage tolerated from -20 °C to +65 °C, while relative humidity may reach 95% without condensation. During panel construction, a cutout height of 167 mm provides the correct seal compression, and the assembly remains secure through internal clamps that tighten the bezel against the gasket.
