CP6009-1002-0000 is an industrial control panel. It is designed and manufactured by Beckhoff Automation, a global leader in industrial automation solutions. The control panel has an easy to use touch screen display. The size of the control panel display is 6.5 inches. This touch enabled display makes it easy for operators and staff to monitor and control industrial equipment. In addition, the control panel is equipped with a CP link interface located at the rear. This is a Beckhoff technology for transfer of data and power over coaxial communication cables. The CP6009-1002-0000 control panel does not require separate power as it derives power from the CP link interface. The CP link protocol provides gigabit speed connectivity between the control panel and computers. It can support up to 100 meter cables.
PCs used for controlling CP60xx series control panels must be equipped with CP link cards. These cards are PCI and ISA slot compatible. PCs can connect to multiple control panels via multiple CP link cards. The CP6009-1002-0000 is designed with an IP65 rated front panel and an IP20 rated rear side.
