Product Description:
The CP3924-0000 is an industrial Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It combines a fan-less computer platform with an integrated display inside an aluminum housing with a glass front, enabling machine builders to mount a control station directly on equipment without an additional operator enclosure. Used as a local HMI and supervisory controller, the unit simplifies wiring because processing, visualization, and fieldbus interfaces are contained in one compact device.
The screen measures 24-inch diagonally and renders graphics at 1920 x 1080 pixels, giving full-HD clarity for SCADA dashboards and detailed process trends. Input is accepted through a PCT Multi-Touch sensor, so simultaneous two-finger gestures can pan or zoom without mechanical keys. The front panel carries a IP65 rating, sealing the electronics against dust and low-pressure water jets when the bezel is correctly gasketed to a cabinet wall. System power is supplied at 22-30 VDC through a 4-pin M12 socket, which locks against vibration and prevents polarity reversal. For peripheral integration the unit offers USB Extended (X103), and remote graphics controllers can drive the panel over Video Input via DVI Extended (X102).
Mechanical and environmental tolerances complete the operating profile. The widescreen panel follows a 16:9 aspect ratio, which matches standard broadcast formats and avoids letterboxing when displaying camera feeds. Continuous operation is supported between 0 to +55 °C; outside this range the backlight and processor are de-energized during storage from –20 °C to +65 °C. The housing withstands impacts up to 5 G, 30 ms and endures vibration levels of 10–58 Hz at 0.035 mm amplitude or 58–500 Hz at 0.5 G without loss of function. At 7.6 kg, the unit can be mounted on articulated arms or VESA brackets without overloading typical support hardware.
