The CP3919-1027-0010 is a 19-inch Panel PC front unit produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. It functions as the human-machine interface in automated cells, presenting process data and receiving operator input through its projected-capacitive touch screen. Because the screen module connects to a separate computer over CP-Link 4, it can be installed on doors, arms, or pedestal mounts without exposing electronics to heat, dust, or vibration at the machine.
Power enters the panel through a 4-pin M12 jack and should be maintained at a nominal 24 VDC; the electronics remain stable as long as the line stays between 22 VDC and the permitted peak of 30 VDC. CP-Link 4 video, USB, and Ethernet signals are combined on an 8-pin M12 socket, simplifying single-cable routing along the machine frame. With low-loss cabling, the link supports distances up to 100 m, allowing the industrial PC to remain in a protected cabinet. Wiring can use up to four conductors of 0.75 mm² cross-section, providing adequate current while keeping harness diameter small. Four M6 holes on the rear plate give direct attachment to custom brackets or VESA adapters.
The front aluminum bezel and bonded glass carry an IP65 rating, so sprayed water or fine dust does not reach the display surface. The enclosure withstands mechanical shocks of 5 G for 30 ms, matching common requirements for packaging and material-handling equipment. Normal service temperatures may rise to +50 °C without derating, and the unit can be stored between -20 °C and +65 °C without condensation. Its PCT multi-finger touch sensor recognizes simultaneous gestures while remaining operable through thin gloves. The 6.1 kg assembly is balanced for articulated-arm mounting, and the dedicated power connector mirrors the data connector's sealed M12 design to keep ingress protection consistent across all interfaces.
