Product Description:
The CP3919-1007-0011 is a Panel PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Integrated into a control cabinet door or mounted on an arm, the unit combines visualization and soft-PLC tasks so operators can issue commands and read machine status from a single interface. In automated lines, packaging cells, or material-handling stations, this fanless computer serves as the human-machine interface while exchanging process data with EtherCAT I/O and higher-level controllers.
The front display measures 19 in diagonally and uses a 5:4 aspect ratio to supply a native image of 1280 x 1024 pixels, giving a full-screen view of alarms, trend curves, and parameter masks. A projected-capacitive sensor supports Multi-Finger PCT operation, allowing pinch-zoom or multi-gesture navigation even through thin industrial gloves. Internal power conditioning accepts the nominal backplane supply of 24 VDC, so the Panel PC can share the same 24-volt circuit that feeds sensors and actuators, reducing wiring complexity. Because the CPU, display, and touch layer are bonded behind a single pane, no internal air channel is required, which helps keep dust away from the electronics.
An aluminum housing and a front panel sealed to IP65 stop splashed coolant or airborne oil from reaching the electronics, while conformal-coated boards withstand up to 95% relative humidity. The system endures shocks up to 5 G for 30 ms and continuous machine vibration of 0.5 G at 0.035 mm displacement without pixel dropout or spontaneous resets. Storage components tolerate ambient temperatures down to −20 °C and long-term warehousing up to +65 °C, so spare units can remain on a shelf beside drives and motors. A 22–30 VDC input window lets the PC ride through brief brownouts caused by inrush currents on adjacent loads, maintaining runtime data until the upstream supply stabilizes.
