Product Description:
The CP3919-0010 is a panel PC engineered by Beckhoff for the CP Panel PC Systems series. It serves as an integrated operator terminal that combines processing electronics with a widescreen display and projected-capacitive touch input for direct machine supervision. Installed on enclosures or mounting arms, the unit delivers visualization and control functions to programmable logic controllers across automated production lines.
The computer is powered from a nominal 24 VDC source, and reliable startup is guaranteed down to 22 VDC at the supply plug. Current draw may reach 16 A, so field wiring must match the rating of the 4-pole power socket. Beckhoff equips the power entry with a rugged 4-pin M12 connector, while data exchange with a remote industrial PC uses a dedicated CP-Link port that terminates in an 8-pin M12 socket. The CP-Link channel can span up to 100 m over a single cable, allowing the display station to be separated from the host cabinet without signal boosters. Conductors up to 4 × 0.75 mm² fit the terminal inserts, supporting flexible supply drops in machine frames.
The front panel achieves a protection level of IP65, blocking dust and water jets when the glass surface is mounted flush in an anodized aluminum housing. A projected-capacitive touch sensor is laminated behind the glass, enabling multi-touch gestures while preserving chemical resistance. During transport or operation, the chassis withstands shocks of 5 G for up to 30 ms, and it continues to function in ambient humidity as high as 95% without condensation. Electromagnetic behavior meets the emission limit of EN 61000-6-4 and the immunity level of EN 61000-6-2, so the panel PC can be mounted next to drives, relays, and other switching hardware without additional shielding.
