The CP3919-0000 is an industrial Panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Intended for machine-level visualization and control, it combines computing hardware, a 19-inch projected-capacitive touch interface, and field cabling ports in a sealed enclosure for local display and operator input. By uniting process display, command entry, and on-board diagnostics in one unit, the device streamlines human-machine interaction across production lines, packaging equipment, and other automated workstations without requiring a separate operator terminal.
Electrical power is supplied at 24 VDC through a 4-pin M12 connector, and the circuit can carry up to 16 A to support internal electronics as well as attached USB devices. Data exchange uses USB Extended, while video arrives through DVI Extended; both transmission systems accommodate cable runs up to 50 m, letting the computer be mounted far from a cabinet PC or GPU source while the display remains near the machine. The aluminum housing and front glass are gasketed for an IP65 ingress rating, blocking dust and low-pressure water jets on exposed surfaces. A projected-capacitive sensor layer registers multi-finger gestures through the glass, and the all-metal, fanless construction helps keep the unit lightweight for machine-mounted use.
