The CP3913-0010 is a connection block that completes the power and CP-Link cabling for Beckhoff units in the CP Panel PC Systems series. Installed on the rear of a panel PC housing, it routes direct-current supply and a high-speed video and data link through sealed circular connectors so the operator display can be mounted up to 100 m away from the control cabinet. By integrating both interfaces in one IP-rated enclosure, the module simplifies field wiring and maintains protection against dust and water.
This block is energized at a nominal 24 VDC, while the permitted supply window of 22-30 VDC gives tolerance for line drops and battery-backed sources. The minimum input must still be present at the plug to support the internal electronics that forward image, USB, and touch signals. A four-pin M12 power connector carries the current, and its rating of 16 A allows large monitors and heaters to be fed through the same line. The CP-Link side uses an eight-pin M12 coded interface, and the differential pair can span up to 100 m over shielded cable before repeaters are required. Conductors up to 4 × 0.75 mm² fit the screw terminals, and four M6 mounting holes let the block fasten directly to a backplane. The enclosure is rated IP65, so it can be used in washdown areas, and continuous service is supported at ambient temperatures from 0 to +50 °C.
The assembly is qualified for industrial motion and mobile machinery where vibration reaches 10-58 Hz 0.035 mm; 58-500 Hz 0.5 G. It also withstands impacts of 5 G, 30 ms without connector release. During storage, the electronics remain intact between -20 °C and +65 °C, matching common warehouse conditions. Overall mass is limited to 3.1 kg, keeping cantilever loads low when the unit is bolted to thin control-panel sheet metal.
