The Beckhoff CP3907-0000 is an industrial 7 inch multi-touch Control Panel perfectly made for tough environment with a display resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. CP Panel PC Series is tough with aluminum casing that has an IP65 rating against dust and water.
The CP3907-0000 is also equipped to counter the challenges posed by the creation of thick, occluded hot layouts and structures over great distances owing to the ability of the DVI/USB connection technology to work over a range of about 50 meters. The integrated multi-touch screen brings fresh opportunities to build user-oriented systems. This control panel can be used in weather conditions having temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius, which makes it designed for industrial uses. This control unit operates at a supply voltage of 24 V DC and provides interfaces such as DVI and USB – E 2.0 for easy connection to other equipment.
For mounting purposes, the CP3907-0000 has an adapter mount arm system, which is adjustable for installation on 48 mm tube systems and can also be rotated in a range of tilt. It has 4 M6 holes bolted on a plate of 100 x 100 mm having a distance in between, and easy wall or arm fixing is possible. To prolong the service life of a capacitive touchscreen, it is recommended to keep the hands clean, use only the naked fingers, and wear gloves if necessary, however, do not touch inappropriate things that may break the operating surface. The panel PC does not possess a separate power switch; as a result, there is no way to turn on and off the computer separately from the power supply and vice versa.
