The CP3721-0020 panel PC has an Intel Atom® x5-E3940 processor, which is 1.6 GHz and has four cores. It is shipped with 4 GB of DDR4 RAM as standard, and can be upgraded to 8 GB if needed. The PC operates on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and is built with an aluminum enclosure for mounting arm installation, providing IP65 protection on all sides.
The CP3721-0020 is an industrial automation-specific multi-touch Panel PC. The panel PC has a Full HD display that is 21.5 inches tall and has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. With the Panel PC's two CFast card slots, you may add up to 320 GB of storage using CFast, an HDD, or an SSD, in addition to the basic 40 GB of storage on a CFast card. The PC has a built-in fan to disperse heat evenly and allows passive cooling through an exterior panel. The panel PC needs 20 cm of unobstructed space around for air circulation and operates within a temperature range of 0 to 45°C. The multi-finger capacitive touch screen improves user interaction. Two 100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports are built in, and an extra Ethernet port is available for networking purposes. Additional interfaces such as USB 3.0 with an IP65 screw-on lid and RS232 are also built. The PC supports a 24 V DC power source and incorporates a lithium battery for the system clock accessible from the rear.
