The CP3719-0010 is a fanless Panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as an all-in-one human-machine interface, it combines a display, touch input, and computing resources so machine builders can run PLC visualization, recipe handling, and data logging directly at the production line. The integrated hardware mounts on a support arm, allowing operators to supervise and adjust automation processes without returning to a cabinet-mounted terminal. Its fanless design also eliminates the need for cooling fans within the housing, reducing the number of moving components used during operation.
The front unit carries a TFT panel with a 5:4 aspect ratio and a 19-inch diagonal image. Its native resolution of 1280 × 1024 provides clear detail for SCADA graphics and alarm dialogs. A multi-finger touch surface enables gesture-based navigation, while DRAM serves as the main memory and provides bandwidth for active programs. For networking, the system uses an Intel i210 Gigabit controller connected to an RJ45 port; with appropriately rated cabling, it can be located up to 100 m from the switch. The front of the enclosure is rated IP65, protecting it against dust and low-pressure water jets on the shop floor. An fTPM 2.0 security element is soldered to the board to protect encryption keys and boot integrity.
