Product Description:
Beckhoff CP3712-0020 is a panel PC designed for direct mounting arm installation. The panel PC has a mounting arm adapter that can tilt and rotate, and fits tubes with a width of 48 mm and can hold up to four IP65-rated components. The product has an aluminum body and an IP65 rating for safety against the outer elements.
The CP3712-0020 panel PC has 4 GB of DDR4 memory and an Intel® Atom x5-E3930 dual-core processor that runs at 1.3 GHz. The PC needs a 24 V DC power source (NEC Class 2) to work and uses about 15 W. The panel PC stays at the best working temperature range of 0°C to +45°C by passively cooling itself with fins on the outside of the housing and fans inside. The module has one or two CFast card slots on the rear that can be utilized for storage. Although the panel PC can withstand a 0.035 mm amplitude (10–58 Hz) and 0.5 G (58–500 Hz), it can also withstand a jolt of 5 G (~50 m/s²) for 30 ms, as specified by EN 60068-2-6. Because of these specs, the model works well in harsh industrial control settings that need reliable and strong connections.
The CP3712-0020 panel PC requires 20 cm of space around the PC to permit airflow and has a multi-finger touch screen display. The panel PC can handle non-condensing humidity levels of up to 95%, comes with a lithium battery for the system clock, and has an extra built-in uninterruptible power supply (UPS). The mounting options include VESA compatibility and panel mounting, allowing flexible installation, and are engineered to deliver reliable operation and long-term service.
