The CP2919-0000 is an industrial panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. This unit integrates a 19-inch display, a projected-capacitive multi-finger touchscreen, and an embedded computer in one housing, so it can serve as a local HMI and control node on the factory floor. When connected to fieldbus I/O or soft-PLC runtime software, the panel enables operators to visualize process data, enter setpoints, and issue machine commands directly at the workstation while the computing hardware remains shielded from shop-floor contaminants.
Its aluminum front bezel carries a protection rating of IP65, meaning dust and low-pressure water jets cannot reach the electronics or display surface when the unit is properly mounted. The controller accepts a field power range of 22–30 VDC, allowing operation from common 24 V unregulated supplies found in control cabinets. Reliable startup is maintained across an ambient span of 0 to +55 °C; within this range, the fanless design dissipates processor heat without throttling. A single DVI-I interface transmits video up to 50 m to a remote monitor, which is useful when duplicated visualization is needed at another station. The housing tolerates relative humidity up to 95 % noncondensing, permitting installation in high-moisture packaging or washdown areas. Two front USB-A ports share an internal hub with a throughput of 480 Mbit/s, supporting rapid log file transfer or peripheral attachment.
During transport or operation, the chassis withstands sinusoidal vibration up to 0.5 G between 58 and 500 Hz. It also withstands a half-sine shock pulse of 5 G for 30 ms without component displacement or data loss. Despite the integrated display and electronics, the panel weighs 5.4 kg, which keeps the assembly manageable for panel or swing-arm mounting.
