The CP2907-0010 is a fanless Panel PC from Beckhoff’s CP Panel PC Systems series, intended for machine-mounted human-machine interaction through the manufacturer’s CP-Link 4 one-cable technology. It combines a display, multi-touch input, and system electronics in a compact operator station for production lines. The sealed aluminum housing allows the panel to be installed at a distance from the control cabinet without additional conversion hardware.
The communication path uses an RJ45 connector and supports CP-Link 4 cable runs up to 100 m, so the panel can be installed far from the control cabinet while still carrying power, video, and USB signals. Front-panel ingress protection is rated at IP65, which blocks dust and low-pressure water jets on the machine face, while the rear has an IP20 rating for service access. Power enters through a three-pole plug that accepts 22 to 24 VDC. Wiring may use conductor cross sections up to 1.5 mm², and the mating connector is approved for continuous currents of 16 A. A projected-capacitive multi-touch screen supports gesture operation and can respond through thin industrial gloves. The projected-capacitive screen registers multi-finger input through chemically hardened cover glass, which protects the display surface during regular machine operation.
