Product Description:
CP2719-0020 is a multi-touch panel PC. It has a fanless design and requires 0 to 55 degrees Celsius temperature for optimal performance. Housing of the unit is made of aluminum and the front part is made of glass. The PC has two slots that can accommodate either a hard drive or a CFast module for added storage. Size of the display on the CP2719-0020 PC is 19 inches and the PC’s weight is 6.6 kilograms. The display resolution is 1280 x 1024. Nominal value of the supply voltage is 24 Volts DC and the range of acceptable input is 22 to 30 Volts DC. The front of the PC is exposed to the atmosphere of the plant and has a higher protection class of IP65. The rear of the PC is inside a cabinet where the IP20 rating is sufficient.
The PC can be used for several applications, including automation tasks, visualization tasks, axis control and HMI applications. A name plate is attached to the rear of the PC, and allows identification of the PC and its specifications. The basic PC supports multiple interfaces, including Ethernet with RJ-45 interface, DVI interface for connection to an external display, and four USB interfaces. The Ethernet interfaces support FastEthernet and Gigabit Ethernet with up to 100 meter segments lengths with copper cable. These Ethernet interfaces can be used for EtherCAT and for real-time applications. A replaceable battery is installed on the motherboard of the CP2719-0020 PC. Capacity of the CR2032 battery is 225 mAh and it weighs 3.1 grams. For system diagnostics, Beckhoff provides the Device Manage software. Humidity in the operating environment must not exceed 95% and condensation is not allowed.
