The CP2616-0000 is a fanless panel PC produced by Beckhoff within the CP Panel PC Systems series. Designed as a combined visualization terminal and controller, it mounts directly on machine fronts where operators need real-time interaction with PLC programs. A sealed aluminum faceplate protects the touchscreen, while the rear electronics compartment interfaces with fieldbus networks and local I/O. This arrangement allows the unit to supervise motion sequences, log data, and display process states in industrial automation cells without requiring a separate operator terminal.
The system runs from a 24 VDC supply, so it can share power with standard control cabinet auxiliaries. Its front bezel carries an IP65 rating against dust and low-pressure water jets, whereas the recessed rear housing is limited to IP20. Continuous operation is permitted between 0 °C and 55 °C, enabling installation in a wide range of production environments. The TFT electronics tolerate vibration up to 0.035 mm in the 10–58 Hz band and 0.5 G above 58 Hz, helping the display remain readable beside motors or gearboxes. A single RJ45 EtherCAT port links the panel PC to Beckhoff I/O terminals for deterministic control.
