The compact controller mounts on a DIN rail inside a cabinet and supplies processing power for PLC sequences, motion control, and data logging. By combining computing, networking, and field interfaces in one enclosure, the unit allows a single embedded platform to handle tasks that might otherwise require separate logic modules. Solid-state construction and passive cooling reduce service interruptions, and the device is intended for assembly cells, conveyors, and packaging machines that require continuous operation.
The system draws its logic power from a 24 V DC supply, which is a standard control voltage for panel wiring.
