The Beckhoff C6930-0010 is a member of the C6 Industrial PC Series, which is intended to give exceptional performance in harsh industrial environments. It has a compact aluminum body that provides cooling via a fanless system with cooling fins and can operate at temperatures reaching 55°C.
This unit is supplied with a choice of Intel® Celeron® processors and Intel® Core™ i3, i5, and i7, allowing for flexible performance based on application needs. It features up to 64 GB of DDR4 RAM, allowing for complex calculations and several programs. The hard disk possibilities are also extendable, with a 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD hard drive that supports disk mirroring via a SATA RAID controller. Power usage is a key configuration, with power given in the form of 24V DC; an optional uninterruptible power supply is also included to guarantee that power loss does not disrupt system operation. For networking, it features two Ethernet ports that are completely independent, making it ideal for applications that require high levels of data throughput and reliability, such as EtherCAT control systems. The PC includes two PCI Express slots, or one PCI and one PCI Express slot, allowing for easy expansion of connectivity or capability. Extra USB slots can be added to enhance the number of connected peripherals.
