The C6925-1009 industrial PC is produced by Beckhoff within the C6 Industrial PC Units series. It is an embedded controller designed to host real-time PLC and motion software for automated machinery. By integrating processing hardware, storage, and communication interfaces in one housing, the unit eliminates the need for separate rack PCs and gateway modules. DIN-rail mounting lets it sit directly beside I/O terminals so wiring runs stay short and signal delay is minimized across the cell.
Power reaches the motherboard through an 8-pole plug connector that is rated for a continuous 16 A draw, so the PC can support connected hardware without requiring an additional power feed for the controller itself. Heat produced by the CPU is removed through an aluminum chassis that relies on passive cooling, which avoids fan wear in dusty cabinets. Deterministic networking is handled through 2 x RJ-45 Ethernet BASE-T ports, while machine visualization can be sent to a monitor through 1 x DVI-I.
