The C6920-0050 industrial PC is built by Beckhoff within the C6 Industrial PC Units series. It is a compact control platform intended to run motion, logic, and visualization tasks inside automated equipment. By combining PC-based processing with multiple communication ports, the unit coordinates fieldbus nodes, drives, and operator stations so that a single controller can handle real-time machine sequencing and supervisory data exchange.
The PC draws its logic power from a 24 VDC supply that is routed through an 8-pole plug and protected by a connector rating of 16 A; this current limit indicates the wiring gauge needed for safe installation. An internal pair of fans moves air across the boards to maintain component temperatures, and the housing is classified as IP20, indicating finger-safe openings for cabinet mounting in clean indoor areas.
