The C6920-0030 industrial PC is manufactured by Beckhoff and is part of the C6 Industrial PC Units series. It is a compact, fan-cooled controller intended for installation in control cabinets where it replaces separate PLCs, HMIs, and data gateways. By running deterministic real-time operating systems, the unit coordinates motion axes, gathers fieldbus data, and delivers visualization to plant networks, thereby acting as the central computing element in automated production cells.

The housing carries a protection class of IP20, so it is intended for clean, enclosed environments rather than exposed machine areas. Power is supplied through an industrial connector at 24 VDC, and internal circuits are protected by a backplane bus rated for a connector current of 16 A. For networking, two RJ-45 sockets provide 2 independent channels that support the Gigabit-capable 10/100/1000BASE-T standard, enabling real-time EtherCAT or conventional TCP/IP traffic.
