The C6915-1011-0000 is a fanless industrial PC produced by Beckhoff within the C6 Industrial PC Units series. It is intended for DIN-rail or wall installation inside electrical enclosures where it runs TwinCAT PLC, motion, or HMI software for coordinated machine control and local visualization tasks. By combining x86 processing, non-volatile memory, and multiple field interfaces in one chassis, the device works as a compact real-time controller between sensors, drives, and higher-level networks. Its fanless design also reduces dust intake and avoids moving cooling parts inside enclosed cabinet spaces during continuous industrial use.
The housing measures 48 x 164 x 119 mm, allowing installation beside terminal blocks without taking excessive wiring space in narrow cabinets. A regulated input of 24 V DC feeds the internal power supply, and the plug capacity supports startup demand from storage devices and connected I/O. The unit has 4 USB ports for service media, keyboards, or touch interfaces. It also has 2 Ethernet ports, which allows one connection to be used for EtherCAT while the second remains available for standard network traffic. The board includes an fTPM 2.0 module for credential storage, a CR2032 battery for BIOS retention, and a digital DVI-I connector for a single display. Installation is therefore limited to dry control cabinets kept below 95 % relative humidity. The enclosure also tolerates shocks of 5 G during handling and transport, helping the PC remain stable before and after cabinet installation.
