The C6525-1031-0050 is an industrial PC produced by Beckhoff within the C6 Industrial PC Units series. Designed as a compact control platform, the unit hosts automation software, fieldbus interfaces, and visualization tasks that would otherwise require separate PLC and HMI hardware. By combining computing, networking, and storage in one enclosure, it streamlines cabinet layouts and supports deterministic machine sequencing in manufacturing cells, material-handling lines, and process skids.
Its aluminum housing measures 330 × 275 × 82 mm, so it fits shallow control enclosures without obstructing airflow. The PC accepts a field supply of 22–30 V DC, allowing direct connection to common 24 V utility rails while an internal converter stabilizes the logic voltages. The unit has two 100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports for redundant or segmented connections to EtherCAT, manufacturing execution systems, or plant networks. It also provides four USB 2.0 ports for removable media, barcode scanners, and service keyboards. For local visualization, one DVI output supports digital flat-panel displays at industrial resolutions.
