The C6525-0040 industrial PC is manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the C6 Industrial PC Units series. Power reaches the device through an 8-pin connector that accepts conductors sized at 1.5 mm² and can deliver up to 16 A; separate lines support a power-status load of 0.5 A and a UPS back-feed of 2.0 A. The unit provides 2 x 100/1000BASE-T Ethernet for standard TCP/IP or EtherCAT networking, and four rear USB ports provide 4 x USB 2.0 for removable media and service tools. It tolerates ambient humidity up to 95% without condensation, and the passive cooling path keeps internal temperatures within operating limits without additional airflow. This arrangement supports networked control, file transfer, and peripheral connection without requiring external interface modules for common cabinet tasks.
External surfaces carry an IP65 rating when the housing is correctly gasketed, while the interior electronics are intended for IP20 cabinet mounting.
