The C6325-0020 is a fanless industrial PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the C6 Industrial PC Units series. Designed for installation inside control cabinets, this unit executes motion, logic, and visualization tasks that previously required separate controllers. By consolidating these functions on a compact DIN-rail computer, it streamlines machine architectures and provides deterministic computing power for PLC, NC, or IoT workloads in automated lines. The device interfaces with field networks, operator panels, and drive amplifiers, serving as the centralized hub of embedded automation systems.
At the system level, this PC operates from a 24 VDC supply and can draw up to 10 A (22 V) during inrush, while typical operation stays within the integrated 16 A fuse limit. Internal electronics dissipate a maximum of 150 W, so cabinet cooling must accommodate that load. Network connectivity is provided by 2 × 10/100 Base-T RJ45 ports for real-time Ethernet fieldbuses, and high-resolution graphics are routed through a single 1 × DVI-I output. The housing measures 133 mm wide, 196 mm high, and 226 mm deep, allowing shallow mounting on standard plates.
