Product Description:
The C6032-0070 is an industrial PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the C6 Industrial PC Units series. With physical dimensions of 132 × 133 × 102 mm, the aluminum housing occupies little cabinet depth while providing the computing core for automated lines and test benches. Installed alongside drives and I/O terminals, the unit executes real-time PLC code, motion sequences, and HMI tasks, allowing discrete control, data acquisition, and visualization to be consolidated on a single platform.
Power and connectivity are aligned with shop-floor standards. A nominal input of 24 VDC is routed through a connector rated at 8 A, leaving headroom for cold-start currents and attached peripherals. Networking is handled by 4 × RJ45 Ethernet ports operating at 100/1000 Mbit/s; the first interface relies on an Intel i219 PHY, while three additional ports use Intel i210 MAC/PHY silicon for segmented traffic. Two DisplayPort sockets drive dual-monitor graphics, and two DRAM SODIMM slots permit memory upgrades after installation. Front-panel connectivity is rounded out by 4 × USB 3.0 receptacles that supply 900 mA per port for cameras or service tools.
The unit also includes enclosure protection, shock resistance, and hardware security features. The housing carries an IP20 rating that blocks accidental tool ingress yet permits convection cooling. Electronics survive impacts of 5 G (30 ms), enabling installation on mobile machinery. An integrated fTPM 2.0 module secures keys for encrypted boot and OPC UA authentication, while system software resides on a M.2 SSD for vibration-tolerant, high-speed storage. Two internal PCIe module slots remain free so additional fieldbus masters, wireless interfaces, or AI accelerators can be added without exceeding the available power budget.
