Product Description:
The C6032-0060 industrial PC is produced by Beckhoff and belongs to the C6 Industrial PC Units series. As a fanless embedded controller, it provides deterministic computing power for motion control, visualization, and fieldbus routing inside control cabinets. Its compact aluminum housing allows integration alongside DIN-rail power supplies and I/O slices, so PLC, HMI, and edge data logging functions can be consolidated in one device. This makes the C6032-0060 suitable as a central processing node in distributed automation architectures.
The housing measures 132 × 133 × 102 mm, which supports installation in compact control cabinets. A regulated 24 VDC supply powers the motherboard and the internal DC-DC converters. Network wiring connects through 4 × RJ45 gigabit ports, and each port supports 100 or 1000 Mbit/s to match existing switch infrastructure. The rear panel includes 4 × USB 3.0 receptacles that can deliver up to 900 mA per port for cameras, service sticks, or touchscreen controllers while the enclosure retains its IP20 rating. Two DisplayPort sockets drive high-resolution panels, and dual SODIMM slots allow DDR4 memory expansion.
For mass storage, the PC uses an internal M.2 SSD, which avoids spinning media and reduces susceptibility to shock. The board withstands acceleration peaks of 5 G during transport or machine vibration. Security for credentials and keys is enhanced by an onboard fTPM 2.0 secure element that supports measured boot and encrypted drives. Two PCIe module slots are available for fieldbus, audio, or additional network cards. This expansion capacity lets the unit adapt to changing interface requirements without moving control functions to a separate cabinet computer during later machine updates or retrofit projects. An Intel i219 controller services LAN1, while three Intel i210 controllers manage LAN2 through LAN4 for consistent packet handling.
