The C6030-0080 is an industrial PC manufactured by Beckhoff and belongs to the C6 Industrial PC Units series. Designed for cabinet installation, it combines x86 processing, solid-state storage, and flexible fieldbus interfaces in a footprint smaller than many conventional controllers. Within an automation line, it serves as the central runtime node for PLC logic, motion coordination, and human-machine interfaces, allowing deterministic control while linking drives, sensors, and supervisory MES systems.

At its core, the system runs on an Intel Celeron 6600HE processor clocked at 2.6 GHz. This CPU provides 2 cores, enabling simultaneous execution of real-time PLC tasks and Windows services without a coprocessor. A factory-installed 4 GB DDR4 RAM module supplies adequate bandwidth for deterministic multitasking, while the onboard 40 GB M.2 SSD stores the operating system and recipe data on a vibration-tolerant medium. Two additional M.2 slots allow disk mirroring through the onboard RAID 1 controller, and an integrated graphics engine inside the processor removes the need for a discrete GPU, keeping the enclosure fanless and compact.

Interface density supports complex machines. Networking is handled through 3 × 100/1000/2500BASE-T, 1 × 100/1000BASE-T ports, making it practical to separate control, diagnostics, and corporate traffic. Visual output is delivered over 2 × DisplayPort connections, permitting dual 4K panels for rich HMIs.
