The C6025-0010 is an ultra-compact industrial PC manufactured by Beckhoff within the C6 Industrial PC Units series. This fanless controller combines CPU, RAM, solid-state storage, and fieldbus interfaces in a DIN-rail form factor to serve as the central logic platform in machine automation, motion control, and data logging tasks. By merging real-time Ethernet connectivity with PC-based control software, it replaces traditional PLC hardware while maintaining deterministic execution for demanding production cells.
Its computing core is an Intel Celeron 6305E with a base clock of 1.8 GHz, paired with two processing cores to handle multitasking HMI, soft-PLC, and edge analytics threads. The system relies on passive cooling, so heat is dissipated through the enclosure rather than by fans. An installed 8 GB DDR4 RAM module supports large TwinCAT projects and user databases, while a 40 GB M.2 SSD provides non-volatile storage for the operating system and recipe data. The board includes one M.2 slot, allowing future storage upgrades without external cabling. Control voltage is supplied at 24 V DC, enabling direct connection to common cabinet power buses and simplifying redundancy schemes.
