The BC5150 Bus Terminal enables precise measurement and transmission of voltage signals. Belonging to the BC series of Beckhoff this product offers reliable performance in a diverse industrial automation environment.

The BC5150 bus terminal has a maximum data size of 2048 bytes of input data and 2048 bytes of output data as it supports high volume I/O processing. It can withstand up to 500 volts of isolation between power, supply and fieldbus which enhances safety and noise immunity. It comes with diagnostic LEDs which make troubleshooting and monitoring power and bus status easier. The module operates reliably within a voltage range of ~20.4 to 28.8 VDC. It is designed to support a large number of analog I/Os (such as voltage and current sensors) which is suitable for applications involving precise measurements. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting because it has a low weight of 100g which simplifies installation and reduces load on control cabinets.
