By integrating braking circuitry, fieldbus communication, and parameter memory, it provides a compact solution for packaging lines, material handling systems, and machine tools. The drive delivers a continuous phase current of 25 A, which is the maximum sustainable load without thermal derating. For rapid acceleration or shock loads, it can momentarily supply 50 A, while light-duty axes can be trimmed down to a configurable bottom limit of 0.5 A to reduce copper losses. Operating on a three-phase 400 VAC mains supply, the device draws an S1 apparent power of 17.3 kVA. Energy is redistributed through a shared DC link that may rise to 875 VDC under regenerative conditions, and an integrated chopper can dissipate 26 kW for short periods.
