Product Description:

The AX2070-B110 Servo Amplifier is designed and manufactured by Beckhoff. It delivers efficient power output and precise motor control. It supports demanding industrial automation applications with reliable and consistent performance. The model is ideal for use in multi axis servo drive systems.

The AX2070-B110 servo amplifier operates with a grounded supply voltage range of 3 x 208 V – 480 V AC ± 10 % at 60 Hz. It supports a rated power output of 50 kVA and a DC link voltage of 290 V to 675 V. Rated output currents are 85 Arms at 230 V, 80 Arms at 400 V and 70 Arms at 480 V. Peak output currents for up to 5 seconds are 160 Arms at 230 V and 400 V and 140 Arms at 480 V. It features a clock frequency of 8 kHz and an overvoltage protection threshold between 450 V and 900 V. The form factor of the output current is 1.01. The amplifier has a current controller based on space vector PWM with a cycle of 62.5 μs. A programmable digital speed controller operates at either 62.5 μs or 250 μs and an integrated position controller with 250 μs cycle time is included. The unit also supports pulse direction interface for servo to stepper control.

The AX2070-B110 servo amplifier has a subordinate current controller with a bandwidth over 1.2 kHz and a residual voltage drop of 5 V at rated current. Comfort functions of the model include two analog monitor outputs, four programmable digital inputs (two pre-defined as limit switch inputs) and two programmable digital outputs. Digital signals can be freely combined and configured. The mechanical dimensions of the AX series servo amplifier are 250 mm wide, 300 mm deep without connectors and 325 mm with connectors.
