By integrating current control, regeneration management, and high-speed analog I/O, the drive supplies accurate power conversion for servo loops while minimizing cabinet space.
During continuous operation the drive delivers a rated phase current of 6 Arms, and it can sustain short-term peaks up to 12 Arms for rapid acceleration. The current waveform remains practically sinusoidal, indicated by an output form factor of 1.01. Heat produced under load is limited to 60 W, while quiescent dissipation is 15 W when the axes are idle. With a rated installed electrical load of 4 kVA, the power section feeds motors whose line-to-line voltage drop across the transistors is only 5 V. The DC bus retains regenerated energy unless the internal dump stage activates.
