The AT9012-0050-0550 is a mechanical starter assembly produced by Beckhoff within the AT XTS Starters series. It integrates into XTS transport modules to initiate and guide movers along a linear track, providing defined support points and precise alignment. By combining dedicated rollers, bearings, and a magnetic mounting plate, the component forms a compact sub-unit that simplifies installation in automated material-handling lines. The mechanical layout uses rolling contact to support smooth movement along the guided path.

Its overall nominal length is 50 mm, and the carriage is supported by 12 guide rollers that ride on the track profile.
