The AT9000-1000 linear guide rails are manufactured straight rail supporting modifications of AT200 x motors in the XTS guide rail system by Beckhoff. The material of making is aluminum with a wear resistant hard anodized surface treatment, which facilitates the reliability and efficiency for the guide rails in highly sensitive industrial applications. The hard anodization is a further enhancement in the strength of the surface, which is long lasting on wear while maintaining an oil less system concept. This is especially useful in conjunction with the plastic rollers of the Beckhoff XTS movers since this would aim at reducing tram maintenance go further in reducing friction.
The length of relatively thicker AT9000-1000 guide rails is 1000 mm and can connect with up to 4 numbers of straight motor modules (e g AT2x0x-0250). As for bigger systems 2500 mm is the maximum and this presents microcontroller flexibility and versatility to override several functions. Combination of these straight guide rails and both straight and curved guide rails is made easy which make it possible to design different layouts for different system conditions.
