The AMI8122-4000-0J10 servo motor integrates both power and precision within a compact design, making it a versatile solution for modern automation systems. The servo drive operates with a nominal voltage of 24–48 V DC, ensuring compatibility through varied industrial applications requiring precise motion control that is reliable and very safe. With its integrated design and robust construction, the servo motor can deliver consistent performance in demanding environments requiring stringent safety measures across all applications.
The motor features comprehensive options regarding connection. The connection technology consists of M12, D-coded connector for communications plus M8 power connectors (3-pin for signal, 4-pin for power, both A-coded with screw-type terminals) facilitating a seamless integration through various systems. The motor provides two distinct drive profiles like the MDP profile and DS402 profile giving configuration flexibility based on certain requirements of an application. For safety, there are integrated features like Safe Torque Off (STO) accompanied with Safe Stop 1 (SS1), offering improved protection during operational tasks through industrial environments where there are safety issues. This product uses the protocol EtherCAT for the system bus. The peak torque on the motor is rated for 1.60 Nm.
Designed to operate under various conditions, the servo motor also has robust features around the environment; it functions to the ambient temperature range of 5...40°C so it can operate.
